PRE-ARRIVAL
Twenty metres along a pavement from our front door is a bus stop offering a frequent service to and from town centre. The railway station is 0.2 miles. Taxis are available from the station.  

We can provide menus and guest information in large print if required.  

We have a web site and you can contact us by phone, fax or e-mail (as per details above).  

ARRIVAL AND CAR PARKING FACILITIES  
We do have one parking space on the frontage of our property which can be reserved for guests with mobility problems.  

Entrance to the property is via an open porch 96 cm wide, with 2 steps, 15 cm and 22 cm high, which lead to a locked front door with a bell push at 1.4 m high on the right hand side. The front door is 84 cm wide. We have a door bell with a camera on the left hand side of the doorway at 1.55 metres high.  

We are happy to assist all guests with their luggage.  

MAIN ENTRANCE AND PUBLIC AREAS  
There is a 8 cm step from the porch into the entrance hall via the front door which is 84 cm wide. The hallway, stairs and landings are always illuminated 24 hours a day.  

The carpeted hallway leads to the dining room with a 80 cm wide doorway and no step. There is good contrast between the dark carpets and light coloured walls. The dining room is brightly illuminated with a ceiling chandelier and wall lights.  

BEDROOMS  
There are five bedrooms, three on the first floor and two on the second floor. All bedrooms have the following.  

Mains cold water suitable for drinking.  

approx 1.0m high and a key operated lock.  

Electric free standing fans.  

Bedside lamps and alarm clock radios.  

Centrally heated radiators with thermostat control at ground level or 1m high.  

Tea/coffee making facilities with power points at skirting level or approx 1m high Hairdryer.  

Wall mounted 22” flat screen LCD TV/DVD and Freeview with full remote control.  

One or two chairs with arms. Bed height 500mm.  

All double beds have access from both sides.  

En-suite shower room with basin and WC.  

EN SUITE BATHROOMS  
En-suite area with vinyl floor, entrance door having a width of 60cm.  

A WC 40cm high with minimum 13cm space either side.  

An 85cm high pedestal mounted wash basin rounded at the front with free space underneath. Some bathrooms have vanity units.  

Shower cubicle with folding door and step. Well lit with shaver point and large mirror.  

Centrally heated radiators with thermostat control at ground level.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
No pets or guide dogs anywhere on the premises or in the grounds.  

Mobile phone reception is good on all known networks.  

Medical items can be stored in a fridge/freezer upon request.  

Special diets catered for on request at time of booking.
